Pottstown man charged with insurance fraud

Author: A Montgomery County man was charged with insurance fraud after allegedly filing a $1.3 million false claim on storm-damaged modular homes, the Attorney General’s Office announced Tuesday. Kevin P. Kollar, 48, of Pottstown, has been released on bail. He was also charged with theft and perjury.
